Become an Instructor
Qualified, professional visual art instructors are invited to
submit a packet of information regarding your experience presenting lectures, workshops and class instruction to the store
address. Your packet should include some or all of the following:
- A current resume or CV detailing
education, teaching experience, honors and fellowships awarded, etc.
- Lectures, course or workshop proposal consisting
of a title, short paragraph description, lesson plan, and supply list
- References (colleagues and/or schools)
- Days/times
available, as well as time(s) of year. (We offer adult and youth studio art classes and workshops primarily from October through
May, with a special summer education program for children in June through August.)
- 3 photographs or slides of your
work, and 1 head shot photograph of yourself
- For workshop instructors, please include your fee structure and all
other needs (travel, accommodations, etc.)
